The end of the crazy times

Well, I should have enough time to breathe and sleep soon. Soccer season is almost over!!!! Daughter #3 is now done with her games and #4 has her last game next Saturday!!! So no more soccer practices!!! Now I just have to wait until the 1st week of December for marching band to end...

My Daughter the Halfling (Half Geek, Half Cool)

Lately, I have been having fun convincing my 14 year old (#1) that she is genetically half Geek. Since she enjoys pointing out to me constantly what a Geek/Nerd/Dork I am, it's alot of fun torturing her by pointing out how much alike we are. You see, I was a band geek in school and my wife was a cheerleader. So since she is in Colorguard this year, that pretty much makes her a Band-Geek/Cheerleader! That plus the fact that she is a big fan of Star Wars and Doctor Who is irrefutable evidence that she is a Half-Geek!
I could also point out the OTHER things she inheritied from me, such as my nose, the famous Nelson Ears and the gap between her front teeth, but I don't want to overdo it. She is right that at least she got her "Cuteness" from her Mom...
